This project aims to support young people aged between 13 and 19 years, up to 25 years if you need additional support or special needs. The group writes their own work and develops drama skills to use in live performances on a regular basis. Everyone involved has fun and always learns something new about themselves or each other by playing games, signing songs or reciting poems. By recording the achievements it's easy to build a portfolio of work that you hardly notice you're collecting. You will have the opportunity to gain the Arts Award or other nationally-recognised accreditations to make you feel good about the journey you take with us at the project.

We use the lighting desk to learn some technical areas of drama, stage direction work to develop critical staging, and of course drama and acting skills to use in the performances as well as in everyday situations.

We have a full-size stage that we use regularly to get the feel of being in the spotlight and getting supportive feedback from your peers and staff. Finally we use the art side of the project to develop your artistic side! Painting, designing backdrops and props is great fun too.

Fully wheelchair accessible.
