Do you want to: Have your Say? Be the voice of young people in Baldock? Make & influence decisions on issues in your area? Organise & run events? Make new friends? Learn new skills? Get volunteering hours and gain accreditations? Have fun!?
The Baldock Youth Council meets every Wednesday at Baldock Youth Centre from 6-8pm.
The youth council is open to young people who want to make a changes in their local area - either big or small. Come and join our informal and fun meetings where you can discuss issues for young people in Baldock and work to make a possitive difference!
You will also get the opportunity to gain the volunteering section of the Duke of Edinburgh Award (DofE) and learn other skills such as minute taking and chairing meetings to gain nationally recognised qualifications.
