The technique aims to be easy and simple to learn. It is a non contact martial art. There is no one to one fighting. Strike shields and focus mitts are used to practice on and provide a good physical workout at every class.

Timing and Repeats: Stevenage CKD has a club for up to 12s at Barnwell Leisure centre on Sunday 10am to 10.45am and Wednesday's 6pm to 6.45pm. Classes for age 13 plus are 11am Sunday at Barnwell and 7.30pm Wednesday at Gordon Craig Leisure centre.
