Hertford
All young woodwind or brass instrument players of Grade 5 standard welcome to join the band and have the opportunity to learn and perform a variety of musical arrangements
EHCB was formed in 1989 and has played many concerts in various parts of East Herts, in-doors and out. At Easter 1992 EHCB toured Holland and in February 1996 made its first recordings of music by Marvin Hamlisch, Robert Farnon and Timothy Blinko for Music in the Air.
The Concert Band is run by Hertfordshire Music Service, and meets once a week in Hertford on a Monday Night. The rehearse during normal school term times, and play approximately 6 concerts per year.
