We offer a fun, friendly family orientated atmosphere. All ages and experience welcome, we teach from the age of 6. So whether your goals are health, fitness, self defence, confidence or to become a formidable fighter, we are here to help you achieve them.
* Junior Tigers (ages 6-14). Tuesday from 6.30pm to 7.30pm at Sir Fredric Osborn School, Herns Lane, Welwyn Garden City AL7 2AF.
* Junior Tigers (ages 6-14). Thursday from 7.00pm to 8.00pm at
Creswick School, Sir John Newson Way, Welwyn Garden City, Herts AL7 4TP.
* Adults class (ages 15+). Tuesday from 7.30pm to 9.00pm at Sir Fredric Osborn School, Herns Lane, Welwyn Garden City AL7 2AF.

Hertfordshire's unique martial arts school. Based in Welwyn Garden City at Sir Freds and Creswick school we offer a wealth of knowledge and experience. The system combines Kung Fu & Thai boxing. Sifu James Sparshott, former WTKA & IAKSA World K1 kickboxing champion believes there is more to martial arts than just punching and kicking, he offers not only this but a journey of personal growth.
