Hertsmere Young Carers' Project
Get involved in some fun, exciting and informative activities, workshops and trips out.
Hertsmere Young Carers' Project is a place where young people aged 13-16 can meet regularly to get involved in some fun, exciting and informative activities, workshops and trips out.
The project is open to young people who have caring responsibilities at home and is intended to provide a much needed break and an outlet to meet other young carers from the local area.
The project offers all the types of activities you'd expect at any Youth Connexions project and because you have a real say in what is available the programme is always creative and in tune with what you want.
If you'd like to hear more about what we have been up to recently then please get in touch or pop down to the project on a Thursday evening.
