Junior Boot Camp Class at the Health Performance Centre, St Albans
Our Junior Boot Camp Classes at the Health Performance Centre are adapted from our Adult Boot Camp Classes and are designed for general health and well-being. The class is for 13-17 year olds.
There is a greater emphasis on play and making the session fun using the track to perform agility drills and relay races, with some more traditional exercises included to balance the session and ensure a training effect is achieved.
Achieving the correct physiological response to an exercise session is just as important for children as it is for adults as they suffer the negative effects of growing up in a sedentary world dominated by excessive hours of sitting; combine this with growth spurts and posture can quickly be effected in a negative way.
We bring our extensive knowledge into the Junior Boot Camp Classes, helping your child move better and be healthier whilst giving them the tools they will need to remain healthy in the future.
