NuTunes OUTLOUD - Live Urban Music, Bowes Lyon Centre, Stevenage
Live urban music events presented by young people for young people! Come down to the Bowes Lyon Centre on the 2nd Friday of every month. NuTunes OUTLOUD events are recorded and streamed onto local youth radio YOR Radio.
Whether it be performing, dancing, sound/lighting engineering, participating in the organisation and developement of the live events, there are lots of opportunities to get involved.
The OUTLOUD events are held at the Bowes Lyon Centre for Young People, the largest youth centre in Hertfordshire.
The Bowes Lyon Centre is within five minutes walk from Stevenage town centre, which is accessible by public transport. The centre has been open since 1964 and has recently undergone extensive refurbishment including alterations that ensure it's accessible to people with disabilities.
This is a dry house - no drink, no drugs.
OUTLOUD events will be taking place the 2nd Friday of every month (except August and Christmas - please contact Karren Andrews or Ian Marchant for alternative dates - contact details given below).
