Fitness Pilates & Aqua aerobic sessions delivered in the Watford area come along and get involved.
Jenny runs drop-in Fitness Pilates within the local community. The Pilates sessions are suitable for young people aged 11 years+. Classes are on a pre-pay block booking (usually 6 weeks term-time only) system although 'pay-as-you-go' is accepted for the time being.
Each new course begins with basic movements and optional breathing technique, course progresses over the six weeks. Classes are usually conducted barefoot(socks okay) and basic exercise mats are provided. You may chose to bring your own pilates/yoga mat and it is advisable to bring a drink with you and wear loose fitting workout clothing.
Jenny also delivers aqua-aerobic sessions at the local leisure centres. These sessions would be appropriate for young people aged 16 years +. In order to book onto a course at the leisure centres please contact them directly. Contact Number for Class Bookings at Everyone Active;

Jenny has also developed a 45 minute fun physical activity session featuring some new Healthy Living games.
For her Teaching Teen Certification Jenny has also written a 6/7 week Scheme of Work and associated Lesson Plans incorporating the following Teen Fitness Topics; Street Dance; Street Step; Fitness Cheerleading ; Resistance Training; Hula Hooping; and Dance Fitness Pilates. Jenny is currently looking for expressions of interest in these programmes, and has approcahed her local SSCO/PDM who manage the local schools physical activity, but as yet, has no requests.
