Come and learn karate on Monday and Thursday evenings in our dojo just off the High Street, near TJ Hughes, Watford - new club starting 12 April 2010.
We teach traditional shotokan karate - no music, no gimmicks, no weapons. You will get fit, become more flexible, and be more confident you could defend yourself if necessary.
If you train regularly you could achieve a black belt in three years! Our dojo is in a dance studio in First Floor, Wren House, 19-23 Exchange Road, Watford WD18 0JG and we train on Mondays 7-8 pm and Thursdays 8-9.30 pm.
